Types of rice
Indian Rice 64
White rice is rice with the husk removed and then polished. They can be divided into imported and local varieties. These can be classified within the 5% and 10% broken-rice categories.
Pakistan Rice
Pakistan rice has a typical, unique aroma. In the case of basmati, this aroma is due to the presence of a chemical called 2-acetyl-1-pyrroline, which is found in basmati rice at about 90 parts per billion. That’s about 12 times more than in other types of rice, giving basmati its special aroma.
Ponni Rice
Due to the high level of minerals in the soil in which it is grown, Ponni rice is endowed with minerals such as calcium and potassium in addition to protein, and various other essential vitamins and minerals which our bodies need.
Thailand Rice
Thai jasmine rice are refined grains, as their fibrous and nutritious parts have been removed. This makes them nearly equivalent nutritionally. Due to their lack of fiber and protein, your body digests them easily, potentially leading to blood sugar spikes.
